Catalogue information updated 11 September 2026Dataset scale
More than 45,000,000 verified addresses; more than 2,200,000 verified POIs; more than 44,100,000 total land parcels.
Counts change as datasets are updated. The total parcel count does not mean that every parcel has every planning layer.
Latest available data and periodic updates
APIs serve the latest available version of the data. Datasets are updated periodically according to their sources and scope.
A record update, a planning document publication and a service refresh may have different dates. DDC confirms the relevant version, update schedule and coverage for your integration requirements.
Verification and reference enrichment
Addresses and POIs are supplied from GMap’s verified data catalogue. Reconciliation criteria, reference sources and evaluation results are discussed for the relevant dataset and enterprise requirements.
GADM34 and GADM63 are checked against government data sources and enriched with postal codes, administrative division codes and VN-2000 coordinate reference information.
Coverage by dataset
Addresses, POIs and basemaps support lookup, display and analysis in Vietnam. Detail varies by area, source and layer.
GADM34 / GADM63 identify administrative versions. Old and new address information depends on the record. WGS84 / VN-2000 conversion requires the correct source reference system, target projection and coordinate order.
Parcels, cadastral sheet and parcel numbers, land-use planning (QHSDD), current-status planning (QHHT) and related planning documents have their own regional and dataset scope. Share the province, ward, commune or coordinates you require so coverage can be confirmed before integration.
Schemas and sample data
Search results use GeoJSON with longitude, latitude in geometry.coordinates and place information in properties.geocoding. Parcel results include cadastral identifiers, ward/commune codes and geometry_geojson where available.

Enterprise datasets and corrections
De-identified real estate, company and historical-record datasets are available exclusively under enterprise contracts, with agreed scope and usage rights.
