Information you send by email

When you email DDC, we receive your email address, message and information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond and discuss integration, support or business requirements.

Send information relevant to your request. For business-data samples, agree the exchange scope before sharing detailed records.

Visiting the landing page

Content and illustrative images are served as page assets. The opening map uses a bundled location sample and does not request your device location.

Your appearance preference is saved in your browser on your device for future visits. This preference is not sent to DDC; you can change it in the topbar or remove it by clearing the site’s browser data.

Hosting infrastructure may record technical request information, such as IP address, requested path and response status, for operation and troubleshooting.

Usage analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions and improve its content. Google may use cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device details.

Documentation, Playground and API use

Documentation and Playground are separate services for evaluating APIs. Requests made when using those services are processed by the respective service.

Data processing scope, access rights and storage requirements for enterprise integrations are discussed according to the service and contract.

Contact ddc@vdtdata.com to ask about use, retention, correction or deletion of information you sent. Describe your request and the email address you used so DDC can identify the relevant information.
